Ruchika Mittal

Ruchika Mittal is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as Core Engineering Manager and previously as Core Engineering Senior Software Engineer at Tower Research Capital since July 2019, Ruchika has a proven track record in leading development efforts and supporting new requirements for custom applications. Prior roles include Lead, Technology at Nagarro and Lead Software Engineer at Atrenta, where Ruchika enhanced and developed kernel modules and created API designs. Ruchika also worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Infosys, contributing to a beta release project, and completed an internship at ST Microelectronics focused on database development and monitoring solutions. Ruchika holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.
