William Chuang

William Chuang has extensive experience in the field of high-frequency infrastructure management, currently holding the position of High Frequency Infrastructure Manager at Tower Research Capital since April 2000. Prior to this role, William served as a consultant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from July 1990 to June 2000 and had consulting roles at Polytronics Labs and Bose Corporation from 1995 to 1998. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, along with a Master of Engineering in Computer Science, all from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where education took place between 1987 and 2000.
