Shlomi Mafuda

Shlomi Mafuda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in application development and factory automation, currently serving as the Manager of Application Development at Tower Semiconductor since November 2017. In this role, Shlomi manages operations for application development across two fabs in Migdal Haemek and oversees three development teams that deliver complex solutions using diverse programming languages and techniques. Prior to the current position, Shlomi held the role of Factory Automation & EOL Development Teams Manager and served as Automation Group Leader at Tower Semiconductor from May 2008 to November 2017. Shlomi's earlier experience includes working as a Senior .NET Developer at HP. Academically, Shlomi holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Ruppin Academic Center and a BA in Computer Science from The Max Stern Yezreel Valley College.
