Subbu Ganapathiraman has extensive work experience starting in 1998 as an Engineer at TAFE - Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited, where they developed innovative solutions to reduce transportation costs and paint rework. Subbu then worked as an Engineer at EFCO Corporation, implementing improvements in the company's information flow system and workplace organization, leading to a significant increase in sales.

In 2005, Subbu joined WaferTech as a Staff Engineer, where they successfully managed multiple capacity expansion projects and implemented productivity improvements through time studies and methods enhancements.
