Nicholas Covey

Nicholas Covey is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Support Specialist at TowerPinkster since May 2017. Prior to this role, Nicholas worked as a Computer Technician at Montcalm Area ISD from October 2014 to May 2017, where responsibilities included managing technology issues within Montabella Schools, maintaining school equipment, overseeing printer, camera, and phone servers, providing user support, and managing both local and external networks. Nicholas began their career as a Retail Clerk at Meijer from June 2013 to October 2014, focusing on customer service and store maintenance. Educationally, Nicholas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and an Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, both from Ferris State University.
