Hatti Johansson

Hatti Johansson is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in change management, product development, and business operations, currently serving as the Head of Change, Programs and Business Operations at WTW since July 2001. In this role, Hatti leads global teams to support business transformation initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to drive efficiencies and oversee change management activities. Previous positions at WTW include Global Product Development and Innovation Leader, where Hatti shaped the vision for a substantial compensation and benefits product line, and Global Product Development Leader, focusing on survey design and industry-specific product launches.
