Marcus Whaley

Marcus Whaley has extensive experience in recreation and education, having served as an Assistant Recreation Leader at the City of Philadelphia Department of Recreation since November 1992. In addition to this role, Marcus held the position of CCM at Community Education Partners from 2005 to 2008, contributing valuable skills and knowledge in both recreational and educational settings.
