Patrick Lawlor

Patrick Lawlor has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Patrick is currently the Chief Financial Officer at the Town of Andover, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Assistant Town Manager from March 2020 to September 2022. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Administrative Services from January 2019 to March 2020 and as a Management Analyst from May 2017 to January 2019, both at the Town of Andover.

Before joining the Town of Andover, Patrick worked as the Public Affairs Manager at the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce from October 2015 to May 2017. Patrick also gained experience in the public sector as a Communications and External Affairs Specialist at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Insurance from June 2012 to October 2015. Furthermore, they served as a Senior Communications Specialist at EOHED, where they provided executive level communications support during a gubernatorial transition period in 2014.

Patrick Lawlor earned their Bachelor of Arts degree from Merrimack College from 2009 to 2013. Patrick later pursued a Master of Public Administration degree from UMass Boston, completing it from 2014 to 2016.
