Kelly Mattingly

Kelly Mattingly has over 29 years of experience in public works and contract management, currently serving as the Director of Public Works for the Town of Blacksburg since July 1994. Prior to this role, Kelly Mattingly was the Contracts Manager at Virginia Tech's Physical Plant Department from April 1991 to July 1994. Educationally, Kelly Mattingly holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Natural Resources, both from Virginia Tech.
