Kristy Hayes

Kristy Hayes is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in HR administration and payroll management. Currently serving as a Human Resources/Payroll Administrator for the Town of Blowing Rock since October 2021, Kristy previously held several positions at Ashe Memorial Hospital, including Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Assistant, from October 2017 to October 2021. Earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resources Assistant and Head Cashier at Lowe's Companies, Inc., from July 2014 to October 2017. Kristy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Lees-McRae College, completed in January 2021, and also attended Wilkes Community College. Kristy holds a High School Diploma from Ashe County High School, obtained in 2012.
