Stan R.

Stan R. has a diverse work experience in various companies and positions. Stan has served as the Director, Systems & Technology for the Fire Department at the Town of Brookline since 2010, where they transformed their outdated technical infrastructure and established connectivity to mobile unit laptops. From 2006 to 2008, Stan worked as the Director of Operations at Grossman Marketing Group, where they implemented strategic planning and revamped the technical and organizational infrastructure. As a Consultant in Strategy & Planning at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company from 2005 to 2006, they authored a corporate article on fraud detection software and proposed practices to improve internal IT product cycle times. Stan also gained experience as the VP of Technology at InfoGraphix from 1991 to 2005, where they coauthored a strategic plan that transformed the company and implemented a new, cloud-based corporate data system. Prior to that, they held various software engineering positions from 1983 to 1991, with applications in healthcare, statistics, and lexical analysis.

Stan R. holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Sociology from The Ohio State University. Stan also completed the Greater Boston Executive Program in Business Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1997. Additionally, Stan pursued doctoral studies in Sociology at Boston College. In 2018, they obtained a certification in the "Ultimate Wi-Fi Hacking & Security Series" from StackSkills.
