Ethan Pierce

Ethan Pierce, MPA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in economic development and public administration. Currently serving as the Economic Development Director for the Town of Brownsburg since January 2017, Ethan has held various roles within the town, including Economic Development Manager and Economic Development Specialist, where responsibilities included managing the Town’s Resident Academy and developing critical reports on development, water usage, and revenue. Prior to this, Ethan worked as a Management Analyst for the City of Geneva, Illinois, maintaining tax reports and assembling annual departmental accomplishments. Ethan's career began in customer service at Olympic Hardware, where management of operations and staff training were key duties. Educational achievements include a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Northern Illinois University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Eastern Illinois University, and an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from Danville Area Community College.
