Austin Kent

Austin Kent is a marketing and analytics professional currently at SLAM since July 2024, bringing extensive experience in digital content and community management from previous roles. Kent serves as a volunteer firefighter with the Town of Caledon since December 2015 and is a principal owner of Sports.ws, managing a long-standing fantasy basketball platform and implementing innovative advertising strategies. Previous positions include Sr. Content Lead for NBA Top Shot at Dapper Labs, where significant contributions were made to the platform’s growth and user engagement, and project management roles at SLAM, enhancing e-commerce initiatives and editorial strategies. Kent also has writing experience from Hoops Rumors and was a copywriter at Bovada. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from Brock University and additional studies at Algoma University.
