Chase Barnard

Chase Barnard is an experienced Geographic Information Systems (GIS) professional with a comprehensive background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the GIS Manager for the Town of Chapel Hill, NC since March 2007, Chase has held significant roles in various organizations including AMEC Earth and Environmental, Greenhorne and O'Mara (now Stantec), and the NC Division of Coastal Management. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from William & Mary. Chase's expertise in GIS is complemented by early experience as a GIS Research Associate at North Carolina State University and as a Planner/GIS Specialist with the Triangle J Council of Governments.
