Sammy Bauer

Sammy Bauer, MPA, currently serves as the Community Education Coordinator for the Town of Chapel Hill, NC, since June 2018, focusing on environmental education initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as a Program Support Analyst, Producer for Ethereal Films LLC, and Research Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where Sammy contributed to projects addressing diversity in public administration and employee satisfaction in local government. Additional experience encompasses a Social Research Internship with the NC Department of Public Instruction and teaching as a Corps Member with Teach For America. Sammy holds a Master's in Public Administration and a Bachelor's in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, alongside an exchange program at the University of Glasgow.
