Franklin Gover III

Franklin Gover III currently serves as the Town Manager for the Town of China Grove since July 2023, following a tenure as the Assistant Town Manager from August 2017 to July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Planner for Rowan County and Town Management Intern for the Town of Lewisville, where involvement encompassed policy development, planning, and municipal event coordination. Franklin Gover III holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Community and Regional Planning, both from Appalachian State University, where academic focus included budgeting, public finance management, economic development, and public policy analysis.
