Erin Ruyle

Erin Ruyle has worked in various roles within the fields of marketing, communications, and event coordination. Erin'smost recent position is as the Assistant Director of Parks & Operations at the Town of Christiansburg in Virginia, which they started in 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Tourism & Development/Public Information Officer for the City of Washington from 2018 to 2022. Erin also has experience working at Duke University as the Director of Marketing for Duke Recreation & Physical Education, and at the City of Georgetown as the Marketing & Special Events Coordinator. Erin began their career at the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference as a Sports Information Intern. Overall, Erin's work experience showcases their expertise in marketing, event planning, and communications.

Erin Ruyle has a Master's degree in Sports Management from the University of Louisville, which they obtained from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Sports Management at the University of South Carolina from 1996 to 2000.
