Aaron Frank

Aaron Frank is an experienced public administrator with a diverse background in municipal management and transportation planning. Currently serving as Town Manager for the Town of Colchester, VT since September 2013, Aaron has also held the roles of Deputy Town Manager and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this position, Aaron worked for the Chittenden County Transportation Authority as Assistant General Manager, overseeing significant growth in ridership and service area. Experience also includes leadership roles at the Chattanooga Regional Transportation Authority and the City of Durham, along with involvement in youth organization management as a Board Member and Past Cubmaster for Cub Scout Pack 655. Aaron holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies from Johnson State College.
