Rob Donham has extensive experience in local government management and engineering, currently serving as Town Manager for the Town of Harrisburg, NC, since November 2016. Prior roles include Interim Assistant Town Manager, Public Works and Engineering Director, and Town Engineer within the same municipality. Prior to that, Donham was the Service Superintendent and City Engineer for the City of Grove City, where a strong appreciation for the community was expressed. Additionally, significant experience includes serving as Administrator, City Engineer, and Mayor for the Village of Windham, as well as Deputy County Engineer and Traffic Engineer for Mahoning County. Donham's career began as a Transportation Engineer at Burgess & Niple. Educational qualifications include a surveying and mapping degree from The University of Akron and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Youngstown State University.
