Kimberly Newman

Kimberly Newman serves as the Town Manager for the Town of Orleans since July 2023, following a tenure as Town Administrator for the Town of Mendon from May 2014 to July 2023. Prior to that, Newman held the position of City Administrator in Lyndon, KS from November 2010 to April 2014 and served as Assistant Town Manager for the Town of Killingly, CT from March 2005 to October 2010. Earlier in the career, Newman worked as a Management and Budget Analyst for Broward County Government from October 2003 to February 2005 and began as a Management Intern for the City of Tamarac from May 2002 to October 2003. Academically, Newman obtained a Master of Public Administration from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the same institution, having completed secondary education at Coventry High School.
