Andrew Hopewell has extensive experience in planning and community development. Andrew is currently the Director of Planning and Community Development for the Town of Culpeper, Virginia, a position they have held since October 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Assistant Chief of Planning for Fauquier County from August 2014 to October 2020. Andrew also worked for Spotsylvania County from September 2006 to August 2014, where they held various roles including Comprehensive Planner, Senior Planner, Planner III, Planner II, and Planner I.
