Howard Kartel

Howard Kartel has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Howard began their career as a Senior Accountant at Kofler Levenstein Romanotto in 1989 and worked there until 1994. Howard then joined Ranieri & Co., Inc. as an Accounting Manager and stayed there for a decade until 2004.

In 2004, they moved on to JE Robert Companies, where they served as the Divisional Controller until 2006. In the same year, they took on a role on the Executive Board at Brigade Lacrosse, which lasted until 2011.

From 2006 to 2016, Howard worked at PWC Service Authority as an Accounting Manager. Since 2017, they have been the Director of Finance/Town Treasurer at the Town of Culpeper, Virginia.

Howard Kartel attended Bentley University from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Howard later pursued higher education and completed their Master of Business Administration degree in Management at Dowling College from 2002 to 2004.
