Owen Morgan

Owen Morgan is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in system administration, web services, and technical support. Since February 2016, Owen has served as a System Administrator for the Town of Culpeper. Previously, from January 2012 to February 2016, Owen held multiple roles including IT Director, System Administrator, and Help Desk Support at Culpeper Human Services, managing approximately 200 devices across various locations. Additional experience includes consulting for Competitive Innovations, LLC, serving as Web Services Coordinator for Culpeper County Government, and fulfilling roles ranging from Help Desk Support at Deutsche Post Global Mail to IT Helpdesk Technician & Manager for Fauquier County Government. Owen's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and an Associate’s degree in General Studies from Glen Oaks Community College.
