Jasmine Ana Ramón has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and organizations. Their most recent position is as the Director of Equity and Inclusion at the Town of Danvers, where they are responsible for developing diversity, equity, and inclusion programs and initiatives. Prior to this, Jasmine was a Professor at Tufts University, teaching a course on multiracial and multiethnic identity. Jasmine Ana also served as the Assistant Director of the Experimental College, where they managed student Peer Leaders and supported all students using the space. Jasmine Ana Ramón holds a Master's degree in Sociology from Northeastern University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Alfred University between 2012 and 2016. Their secondary education was completed at Newburgh Free Academy, where they obtained a Diploma in Academy House from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, Jasmine has earned a certification in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, which they obtained in May 2021.
