Dani Powers

Dani Powers is an experienced transportation professional currently serving as the Director of Transportation and District Transportation Coordinator for the Town of Darien since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Location Manager at First Student from November 2014 to November 2022, overseeing transportation for the Darien, CT Board of Education, and as a Dispatcher in Ridgefield, CT. Additionally, Dani held the position of Branch Account Manager at Citi from August 2006 to June 2014, managing a portfolio in personal loans, mortgages, and auto loans while addressing delinquency and loss mitigation. Early career experience includes working as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Kimchuk, focusing on payroll, interviews, and insurance enrollment. Education includes studies at CT State Naugatuck Valley from 2000 to 2002 and attendance at Watertown High School.
