Melissa Moffett

Melissa Moffett currently serves as the Human Resource and Payroll Accountant for the Town of Exeter since May 2019, where responsibilities include processing bi-weekly payroll and accounts payable, assisting with deductions, and managing employee accruals. Previously, Melissa held the position of Senior Shared Services Associate at Unitil from September 2018 to May 2019, focusing on payroll and gas project management. From December 2004 to July 2018, Melissa worked as an Administrative Assistant for the Durham Fire Department, providing support for payroll, budgeting, and accounts payable, while also managing staff and maintenance coordination. Earlier career experience includes an Administrative Assistant role at the City of Rochester, NH, from August 2000 to July 2002. Education includes pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance through UNH Online, alongside other institutions.
