David Bauer

David Bauer has over 35 years of experience in construction management and project oversight. Currently serving as Construction Manager for the Town of Flower Mound since April 2009, David Bauer manages capital improvement projects from conception to completion, including cost estimations and job inspections. Previous roles include Project Estimator at EMJ Corporation, Contract Project Manager at the City of Carrollton, and Project Manager at various construction firms, where David Bauer coordinated various aspects of project implementation, from subcontract writing to schedule management. David Bauer’s foundational experience began with a role as Project Engineer at Blaylock Constructors, coupled with military service as a Petty Officer in the US Navy. David Bauer holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
