Maureen Welsh

Maureen Welsh, AICP, is a Planner II currently employed by the Town of Frederick, Colorado, since June 2019. Previously, Maureen served as a Planner I in the same department and worked as a Community Development Intern for the City of Upper Arlington, where responsibilities included writing staff reports for the Zoning Board and conducting property maintenance inspections. Maureen gained additional experience as a Student Planning Intern at Ohio State University Planning and Real Estate, focusing on software updates and spatial studies. Early career roles included serving as a Food Server at Wild Tomato and as an Office Assistant at BayCare Oral Maxillofacial Surgery. Maureen holds a Bachelor's degree in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University, attained between 2017 and 2019.
