O'Lynda Fette, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director for the Town of Frisco since October 2021. Prior to this role, O'Lynda held the position of Senior Employee Experience Manager at POWDR - Copper Mountain LLC from October 2012 to October 2021. O'Lynda's experience in employee management dates back to roles at Copper Mountain Resort, where responsibilities included Employee Experience Manager and HR Training and Development Manager from 2003 to October 2012. Additionally, O'Lynda worked as HR Training and Development Manager at Winter Park Resort, Intrawest Colorado, from 2003 to 2008, and also served as Training and Development Manager at Intrawest Colorado during the same period.
