Arnetia Green

Arnetia (Douglas) Green, SHRM-SCP, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources/Risk Management for the Town of Groton since December 2021, Arnetia previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Partner at Middlesex Health, where responsibilities included acting as a strategic business partner and employee advocate for over 1200 staff. Earlier roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Yale New Haven Health, managing HR functions for over 700 employees, and Facility and Regional HR Manager at the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, overseeing HR for multiple accredited facilities. Arnetia holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor’s degree from Mitchell College.
