Ken Kostowniak

Ken Kostowniak is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Superintendent of Public Works for the Town of Hamburg, New York, since December 2022. Prior to this role, Ken worked as a Civil Engineer in the Town of Orchard Park Engineering Department starting July 2021, and served as Principal Engineer Assistant in the same town from November 2019 to August 2021. Ken's extensive background in public works includes a tenure as Superintendent of Public Works for the Village of Springville from October 2014 to November 2019 and General Crew Chief in the Village of Williamsville Department of Public Works from July 2010 to October 2014. Additionally, Ken has significant experience in project management and design from URS Corporation, where responsibilities included Project CAD Design Coordinator and CAD Manager from March 2000 to July 2010.
