William Watkins, MBA, serves as a Selectman for the Town of Holbrook since October 2021, marking a historic achievement as the first Black individual elected to this position in the town's 150-year history. In addition to this role, William has been the Director of Workforce Development at the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts since August 2011, where oversight and management of the Workforce Development system are key responsibilities. William holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Bethune-Cookman University, a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Leadership at Liberty University, expected to complete in May 2026.
