Jeff Sny

Jeff Sny is the Owner and Managing Broker of Blue Oak Realty Group since February 2022, specializing in expert real estate advice and high-touch customer service. Since March 2016, Jeff has served as Chairman of the Planning Board and is a member of the Ordinances Advisory Board for the Town of Huntersville, where responsibilities include advising on zoning laws and planning for the town's growth. Prior to Blue Oak Realty Group, Jeff worked as a Broker/Realtor® at Nest Realty from March 2018 to February 2022 and at Helen Adams Realty from December 2013 to March 2018. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University, earned between 1993 and 1998.
