Shawn Reed is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community relations, public information, and marketing across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Community Relations for the Town of Jupiter since May 2021, Shawn previously held key positions including Manager of Public Information Services at the Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department, where responsibilities included building a public relations team and creating educational marketing campaigns. Earlier roles include Director of Marketing at Big Dog Ranch Rescue, Special Project Coordinator for Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation, Sports Information Director at Valdosta State University, and Public Relations Account Executive for FitzBradshaw Racing. Shawn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Political Science from Wake Forest University and a Master’s degree in Sport Management from Georgia Southern University.
