Latatious Morris

Latatious Morris is an experienced community leader and manager currently serving as a Town Councilor for the Town of Knightdale, North Carolina, since December 2020. In this elected role, Latatious enacts laws and regulations to improve the quality of life for residents. Additionally, Latatious has worked as a Senior Assistant Community Association Manager at RealManage since December 2019, supporting community managers in property management and communication with stakeholders. Previous roles include Community Manager at Elite Management Professionals, LLC, and Community Service Administrator/Property Manager at Talis Management Group, LLC, where Latatious managed property portfolios and addressed service requests. Latatious began professional career as a Verification Specialist at College Foundation, Inc. and further honed skills as a Contract Review Specialist at Rex Healthcare.
