John Schlittler

John Schlittler has extensive experience in law enforcement. John began their career as a Patrol Officer at Nantucket Police in 1995 and served in that role until 1998. In 1998, they joined the Town of Needham Police as a Patrol Officer, Detective, and later as a Lieutenant. John held various roles within the department until 2015 when they were appointed as the Chief of Police for the Town of Needham.

John Schlittler attended Stonehill College from 1991 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in CJ. John then pursued their Master's Degree in CJ at Westfield State University, completing it in 2005. In 2015, John attended the FBI National Academy, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
