Lauren M. Cascone, MPA, currently serves as the Deputy Town Clerk for the Town of New Castle since July 2018, supporting the Town Clerk in various duties, managing vital records, organizing Town Board meetings, and coordinating election activities. Previously, Lauren held the position of Assistant to the Town Administrator, where responsibilities included administrative support, budget preparation, and staff training coordination. Prior experience includes a role as the Quality Assurance - Training Team Lead at MetroPlus Health Plan, where training programs were developed for new hires, and as a Customer Service Representative, notable for contributions to service levels. A graduate of Pace University with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics from the State University of New York at Buffalo, Lauren possesses a solid educational foundation complementing extensive professional experience in public administration and customer service.
