Andrew Shapiro, AICP, is the Assistant Town Manager / Director of Community and Economic Development at the Town of North Andover. Andrew previously served as the Director of Economic Development in the City of Lowell, Economic Development Planner in the City of Salem, and Regional Planner in the Mayor's Office of Emergency Management in the City of Boston. Andrew holds a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Management Studies from Syracuse University.
