Carla Dawne Warren

Carla Dawne Warren, CMC, currently serves as the Town Clerk for the Town of North Andover since June 2021. Prior to that, Carla Dawne held the position of Assistant Town Clerk for the Town of Andover from September 2016 to June 2021. Carla is also pursuing their education at Southern New Hampshire University since 2017.
