Michaela Miteva, MCPPO, MPA has a range of work experience in procurement and administration. From 2017 to present, they have held the roles of Licensing Agent & Procurement Director and Licensing Agent and Procurement Coordinator at the Town of Orleans. Additionally, they are currently serving as the Vice President of the Cape Cod Association of Procurement and Purchasing Officials (CCAPPO) since March 2022. Prior to their current roles, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the Town Administrator at the Town of Wellfleet from July 2010 to September 2017.

Michaela Miteva completed their MPA degree in Public Administration and Government Affairs at Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned their BS degree in Communications & Journalism, Marketing, and PR from Suffolk University between 2005 and 2008.
