Jennifer Campbell

Jennifer Campbell is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial analysis, budget development, and grant management. Currently serving as the Finance Manager for the Town of Parker, Colorado since December 2020, Jennifer leads financial analysis and long-range planning efforts. Previous roles include Financial Analyst/Grant Specialist for the City of Aurora and Senior Accountant for the Town of Oro Valley, where responsibilities encompassed grant writing, departmental budgeting, and day-to-day accounting functions. Jennifer's earlier experience includes financial analyst positions at the City of Tucson and ANSER, where analytical skills were further developed. Academically, Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Science in Public Communication from James Madison University.
