Phil Dallessandro

Phil DAllessandro is an experienced Building Inspector with a comprehensive background in construction and code enforcement. Currently serving the Town of Penfield since September 2015, Phil is responsible for engineered plans and building code reviews, issuing permits, and conducting inspections for both residential and commercial projects. Prior to this role, Phil worked for the New York State Department of Transportation as a Transportation Construction Inspector 3, where inspections of highway construction and compliance with specifications were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes positions as Code Enforcement/Building Inspector for the Village of Macedon and Construction Inspector at CME Associates, focusing on fire safety and monitoring commercial construction projects. Phil holds a diploma from Fairport High, graduated in 1986.
