Jonathan Franklin

Jonathan Franklin serves as the Town Manager for the Town of Pittsboro, North Carolina, since April 2023. Prior to this role, Franklin was the City Manager for the City of Newton from April 2022 to April 2023 and the Town Administrator for the Town of Louisburg from May 2015 to April 2022. Franklin's earlier experience includes serving as Town Manager for the Town of Maysville from October 2011 to April 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from East Carolina University, a Master of Public Administration in City Management from Appalachian State University, and an MBA from the University of Mount Olive.
