Stephen Hoelscher

Stephen Hoelscher is an experienced fire investigation and inspection professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Fire Investigator and Inspector for the Town of Prosper since January 2023, Stephen previously held various positions including Arson Investigator and Fire Inspector for the City of McKinney, and Fire Protection Specialist for the City of Little Elm. Stephen's earlier roles include Fire Inspector for the Amarillo Fire Marshals Office and Captain at Williamson County ESD No. 5. Involvement with the Jarrell Fire Department began in 2003, leading to positions such as Assistant Chief and Battalion Chief. Additionally, Stephen served as a Lieutenant at the Florence Fire Department and as a Fire Instructor at EMTS. Educational qualifications include training from EMTS and Oak Hill Fire Academy in 2005.
