William He

William William is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dream for America, a non-profit organization aimed at mobilizing students to support democracy and progressive principles. As the Chairman of the Parks & Recreation Master Plan Advisory Committee in Prosper, Texas, William provides vital input on community development initiatives. Previously, William served as the Chairman and an inaugural member of the Mayor's Youth Advisory Council, influencing youth-related policies. William's experience also includes a prestigious role as a United States Senate Page appointed by Senator John Cornyn and leadership positions with Bread for America, a youth-led initiative addressing food insecurity. A research scholar at Lumiere Education, William has contributed to public policy studies and has participated in elite educational programs including the U.S. Senate Page School and Yale Young Global Scholars.
