Amy Shackelford has extensive experience in the field of business systems and IT training, currently serving as a Business Systems and IT Training Analyst and a Special Projects Manager for the Town of Queen Creek since July 2013. Prior to this, Amy worked at the City of Mesa from November 2003 to June 2013, holding positions as a Senior Plans Examiner and a Zoning Plans Examiner. Amy's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Organizational Studies from Arizona State University, along with additional education from Northern Arizona University.
