Kathleen Callahan is an experienced educator and customer support professional with a diverse background in language instruction and client advocacy. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher and Long Term Substitute Teacher for French at the Town of Scituate in Massachusetts since October 2022, Kathleen previously held the position of Global Customer Support Representative (French Speaking) at Bloomberg LP from August 2017 to July 2021, where expertise in customer advocacy and collaboration was developed. Additionally, Kathleen supported English language learning as an Assistante de Langue Anglaise through the TAPIF program in France, guiding high school students in conversation practice and cultural lessons.
