Jeff Craig

Jeff Craig has extensive experience in human resources and consulting. Jeff worked as the Human Resources Director for the Town of Smyrna from 2007, where they managed various HR operations and implemented cost-saving medical and wellness programs. Before that, Jeff worked as a Consultant at Jeff Craig Consulting since 2000, providing consulting services in governmental accounting of fixed assets. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director for Rutherford County Government from 2003 to 2007, where they established and managed the HR department and implemented a new compensation plan.

Jeff Craig completed their education at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 1996 and a Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in 2003. Prior to attending MTSU, Jeff attended Oakland High School, although the specific dates of their attendance are unknown.
