Emily Clapper

Emily Clapper is a Management Analyst II for the Town of Superior since March 2018, overseeing and supporting various projects for the Town Manager's office within a small staff. Previously, Emily served as an Administrative Specialist III/Budget Specialist for the City of Boulder from August 2015 to February 2018, providing financial management and analysis across departments. Prior experience includes the role of Administrative Specialist II in Boulder Parks & Recreation, and an Office Technician with the County of Orange, where strong public relations and regulatory research skills were developed. Emily holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from California State University, Fullerton and additional degrees from Santiago Canyon College and UC Irvine.
