Carlos Malvarez Cysa

Carlos Malvarez, CYSA, has extensive experience in parks and recreation management, currently serving as a Parks and Recreation Supervisor at the Town of Surfside since November 2015. Previously, Carlos held the roles of Program and Event Coordinator and Recreational Leader II and I within the same organization. Carlos also worked as a Sports Coach at Life Sports Fitness from January 2017 to May 2018. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education: Study of Sports and Fitness from Florida International University and an Associate of Arts in Biology from Miami Dade College, complemented by a high school diploma from Hialeah Senior High School.
